Blend Towers -
Sackett manufactures a variety of blend towers for the ultimate in blending speed, convenience and accuracy. Typically these towers have a nine compartment overhead bin, ranging in capacity from 130 to over 200 tons. Six of the compartments are for major ingredients, three for minors. Under that, they place one or two weigh hoppers, then transfer into either one or two TriTon vertical auger blenders or one HIM (High Intensity Mixer). Computer automation is an option.

Bulk Conditioners -
An ideal way to break up lumpy fertilizer, Sackett Bulk-Conditioners are a very popular item. Designed specifically for the fertilizer industry, with components required to hold up well in these challenging conditions.

Bulk Toters -
In use worldwide, the Sackett Bulk-Toter is the fertilizer industry's most popular method of unloading rail cars and trucks. Designed to be flooded, there is no risk of overloading the conveyor or anything downstream.  
All Bulk-Toters are custom designed to meet the customers' dimensional  and capacity requirements. Standard capacities range from 45 to over
800 TPH. Common angle of incline is 45 degrees, but custom incline angles are routine.

Krause/Doyle -

Doyle 6, 8 & 10 Ton Vertical Blenders (36-18 Auger)
If you have limited electrical service, our optional 36-18 auger requires
10 HP less for each size blender. However, the standard 40-22 auger will
mix and unload faster.

Doyle 10, 13 & 16 Ton "Fat Boy" Vertical Blenders (44-26 Auger)
The "Fat Boy" Vertical Blenders have the fastest intake and discharge capacity in the industry today. Hi-flow intake of 4,000 lbs per minute and a discharge rate of 5 tons per minute with a 30" Loadout Belt Conveyor.
